"Room was very clean, and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room with lots of towels. Electric fireplace right in front of the sitting area, making it very comfy at night. Bed was memory foam topped. Two sinks, mini fridge, microwave, mini- coffee maker. The property has status everywhere, giving it such a nice feeling of peace, like a garden. In ground pool, every room had chairs on the front porch. All in all, very nice place to get away and relax. "

"Parking was okay. Staff friendly but not attentive to a complaint of sink not draining properly. Had to chase down staff to obtain fresh towels after five days. Trash not emptied. When asked to have trash emptied,we were told to secure the bag(s) and place it in the hall! Breakfast options adequate and fresh. Would not recommend for families."

"You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game "

"The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"Clean and well organized kitchen. Spacious living area with basic but attractive layout and decor. Having a separate bedroom was very nice. The grooming area, with lighted mirror, sinks, closet, abundant drawers was separate from the toilet and bath which is nice. One glaring oversight was positioning the bed directly and almost touching the heating/cooling unit. No one enjoys sleeping with cold or hot air blowing on them. I turned it off for the night, grateful that the weather was temperate....

"The breakfast was fine. They had two options for eggs, two different types of sausages some home fries a pancake machine. If you want waffles they had them. You can just heat them up. They had oatmeal some fruit muffins choices of juices coffee. It was fine. Our room was clean enough towels, stuff like that.
