"This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

"Pros: Spacious rooms, extensive ammenities and staff replied promptly to our inquiries (at first). Cons: “queen” sofa bed just a big sofa, had pee smell on one side; shower gel rack positioned way too high for shorter adults or children to reach; floors and carpet were kinda dirty. "The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

"Very clean large room with excellent amenities. Slight niggle that sink stopper did not work. Surprised that given the range of other offerings not a single draft beer available at the bar. The breakfast options are excellent, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming without exception."
