"The whole check-in process was a complete nightmare. The gentleman, Gean has no business at the front desk, checking people in. I repeated three times exactly who I was what rooms I had reserved and the names of the three people I put the rooms under. He had things so mixed up. I felt like it was an old Abbott and Costello skit “who’s on first“ We also spoke with corporate, told them the whole story and they said that we would be contacted in 72 hours in regard to our experience that was two weeks ago. Sure glad I didn’t hold my breath."

"Recently had a brief stay at this location, and I'd highly recommend. It was spotless and smelled great despite accommodating pets. The hotel is located in a prime location for multiple dining options as well. And should you have a family there's a bowling alley within walking distance. Definitely would stay again"
