"Unfortunately a mix up with the room furniture meant our room for 5 adults and 2 children didn't have a pull out sofa bed meaning the first night despite paying for that 3rd adult we only had a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. As the 3rd adult decided not to join us for the 1st night it was fine but as they were fully booked it could quite easily not have been. "This is a very old property. No elivators so we had to carry out luggage to 2nd floor and get it back down from stairs. Parking is on roadside right opposite to a park. The carpet of the hotel is very dirty you need to clean your feet if you step on it without footwear. I booked a standard room for 3. The room had 1 double bed and a single bed. "I stayed at this hotel while on vacation with my child, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, my child was bitten repeatedly by mosquitoes, causing significant swelling and discomfort. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but my complaint was ignored, and no action was taken to address the problem or assist us. This lack of concern for guest safety and customer service was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
