"The biggest challenge was navigating Osaka's metro to arrive at the hotel. But once, we arrived, the stay was very enjoyable and from there, it was very easy to reach KIX. I greatly enjoyed the dinosaur staff, as well as the clean rooms. The onsen was such a lovely bonus! Worth the trip every time."

"The ryokan and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very kind and will take the time to assist as much as possible, even with the language barrier.
