Modern secure apartment in excellent central location around the castle, beach and city areas. Ideal city for short breaks Bars, restaurants and rail / tram links on the doorstep. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place

This place had everything that’s was needed. Fully equipped apartment. It was great to have the laundry room if needed. The manager was very kind and helpful. The location was really perfect. 5 minutes of walking distance to everything. We would stay here again if we come to Alicante.

An excellent centre for discovering Alicante

The flat was perfectly situated for exploring Alicante on foot. A few minutes from the waterfront, or the market in the other direction, and right on the edge of the old town. At the end of our stay, only five minutes to the airport bus. The flat had everything you'd want - fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle; in the basement there are several washing machines and tumble dryers. The service and help from Rocio, the manager was excellent. When one piece of equipment developed a fault it was replaced within minutes. No downsides, highly recommended.

Excellent option for both a weekend and longer stays in Alicante. The flat is modern, well-equipped and in excellent condition. It is also very conveniently located near the marina in central Alicante.

Great find

A great find in the middle of Alicante. Fantastic apartment with all needs catered for. The sun deck and pool was a great bonus. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Perfect for us as a family with some older kids (8-16) Near the beach, small pool on the roof, street with lots of shops etc. It was very quiet even though it was a lot of life on the street! What we missed in the apartment was one more mirror (only one in bathroom) and also some hooks around in the apartment to hang up clothes etc. kitchen equipment could have been a little bit more (more glasses etc) otherwise it was very clean and fresh and we’re satisfied.

My Flats was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need, including a microwave, cooker, and toaster. There were a few issues, firstly the heating didn't seem to be working, but we were provided with a heater. The shower leaked quite badly, but there was a mop and bucket in the bathroom. And the staff were very helpful. The lady who received us at the apartments was lovely and helpful. There was a lovely rooftop swimming pool and terrace. It is in a great position, with lots of really nice places to eat, and is about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the shops. The harbour is a couple of minutes away. There is a bus stop right outside. It was a really lovely stay.

Very nice location, you have everything you need within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is wonderful. They should definitely have a gardener to keep all the plants alive, as they were dead. Not for the sensitive person, as the sound of chairs moving in other apartments, water running in toilet or shower. There was an unfortunate smell (sewage?) from the bathroom, which is next to the bedroom in 1 bedroom apartments. We sent a message about it, but the smell was there all the days we stayed. Nice apartment with all you need! Cleaning kit, with cleaning tablet for dishwasher and one for clothes. There is a laundry room in main floor, with washers and dryers. You have to go to the market - Mercado. Fantastic fruit, vegetables, fish, cheese and meat!

Grei , sentralt plassert ..

Likte dårlig at vi måtte kvitte oss med søppel SELV....lete i gatene etter søppeldunker...bodde 8 netter der...hadde en rengjøring i løpet av disse dagene : måtte kjøpe toalettpapir..MEN vaskemaskiner og tørketromler gratis tilgjengelig døgnet rundt var et positivt gode. Litt støy fra alle kanter ute...og inne hørte man stoler bli dratt over gulvene...kunne lett ha blitt mindre støy om de hadde spandert noen møbel-knotter under stolbena !

Fin leilighet, bra beliggenhet, hyggelig utleier og fint med takterrasse. Grunnen for den ikke får full score fra meg er at to av dagene vi var der pågikk det svært støyende arbeid i etasjen under oss som vi ikke var informert om. Ble vekket før kl 09.00 av borring i betong. Pågikk hele dagen.

Läget var toppen! Mysigt med tillgång till pool på taket. Kommunikationen fungerade utmärkt. Det som kunde varit bättre är framför allt städningen, det låt hårstrån och annat kvar när vi checkade in. Sängarna var väldigt hårda och det var ganska mycket liv utanför på nätterna, men kanske det man får räkna med när man väljer att bo väldigt centralt. Överlag en bra vistelse.

Très bien situé et accessible. Machines pour le linge et piscine super. En revanche, wifi qui saute énormément, l’isolation des murs est inexistante, on entend tout (musique le soir tard) beaucoup de groupe de jeunes donc déconseillé aux familles!
