"The staff are nice and respectful. The rooms are clean, until there was a little bit of soda residue in the bathroom sink and the ants came. Not just a few. My counter was full of ants. They were full so i couldnt change rooms. They gave me clearner to clean them up myself. I asked for a discount. I was told she would have to ask. I did not get a discount. Instead i got to clean ants off the batbroom counter for 2 days. Went to the pool and got into.the hot tub, it was lukewarm bath water. I did ask if they could turn up the heat foe the hot tub, they did. The staff is amazing! I want to give higher stars. "

"I personally will never stay here again. Poor service, lack of interest by employees, over all terrible experience. Empty shower bottles, nasty sheets. Wouldn’t recommend this place even to my enemies. "
