"It took them forever to check me in as tge room was not ready for me even though i was there 2 hours after the check in time the hotel is nice and clean the breakfast was amazing i will go back next time iam in algeria"

"Notre séjour à Sheraton Annaba Hotel a été une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, moderne, élégant et parfaitement situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et impeccablement propres, avec une vue superbe et une atmosphère reposante. Le personnel mérite une mention toute particulière : extrêmement gentil, professionnel, chaleureux et toujours attentif aux besoins des clients. Chaque membre de l’équipe nous a accueillis avec le sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le service, le confort et la qualité des installations reflètent parfaitement les standards d’un grand hôtel international tout en conservant l’hospitalité algérienne. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et généreux, et les espaces communs très agréables. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de cet établissement et le recommandons sans hésitation à toute personne visitant Annaba. Nous souhaitons également adresser un immense merci à notre guide et chauffeur Abdou, qui nous a accompagnés durant tout notre séjour avec un professionnalisme remarquable, une grande gentillesse et énormément de patience. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert des endroits extraordinaires, notamment Constantine, Batna, Timgad ainsi que les magnifiques Ghoufi Canyon.
