Having stayed in a few different hotels in Algiers this was the best by far, modern and clean and ten minutes from the airport. Shower and bed were excellent and A/C too, faint smell of smoke was only disappointment but that's basically expected in an Algiers hotel.

Very good customer service with the whole staff. Clean, complementary breakfast is excellent. This hotel is better than a lot of American’s one. I will just suggest to publish their WhatsApp number so they be joined at the airport or a sign on their vehicles. I will definitely stay again

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice. Airport shuttle service was very nice and the driver very professional. The location is somewhat far from city attractions which wouldn't be an issue if not for lack of transportation. There are taxis though, so it's not impossible to venture into the city for exploration. Overall, the hotel is very good and staff are excellent!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival at 12:30 AM, they promptly arranged a shuttle upon our call. The check-in process at reception was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and food. I will definitely be returning!
