"Wonderful stay with a luxury feel. The terrace was wonderful and watching the sun set was very special. The decor was wonderfully authentic and touches such as the branded towels and slippers made it feel extra special. Excellent range of hot drinks and water in the room replenished every day. Staff were wonderful and helpful with luggage on arrival, at mealtimes and when checking out. Food and drink selection was very good in the restaurant and on the terrace. Breakfast selection was also excellent.spevtacular biew of the hills and city from balcony in the room. Highly recommended."

"Property was very nice. Cafeteria buffet for breakfast was good. Coffee was from instant machines and was terrible. Also disappointed that no bottled water was provided in the room. when I asked, the front desk told me the tap water in the room was fine. It was not, it was chlorinated. Tasted terrible. And getting ice delivered to the room was a €5 charge. Once you get past that, the overall experience is good."

"We have stayed here 5 times . The minute you arrive the staff are so helpful. There is plenty of parking below the Hotel. The rooms are spacious with Air Con and large beds. The bathroom is very big with rain shower. The rooftop top restaurant on the 8th floor is stunning for drinks and food. Would definitely recommend. The pool is great for a dip in the hot summer days."

"We stayed in a spacious family room for 9 nights. It was nice to have space for 4 people. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The maids do an excellent job. The hotel has a traditional Spanish feel to it which we liked. Lots of statues and a grand staircase next to reception. It’s light and spacious with lots of places to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was perfect. Lots of free tables and it was never crowded. Lots of options for cold and warm food. Everything replenished in good time so you don’t have to wait for anything. Several juices and coffee are offered as well as various types of milk inc lactose free and milkshakes. You can eat inside the restaurant or outside on a small terrace which was nice. A nice pool that is big enough to cool down in. Sun beds and recliner deck chairs around the pool. There are meals available for lunch at the poolside. Food and drink was fairly priced. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. They work hard but always have time to be pleasant to the guests. The location is excellent. A shop and bar within a few hundred metres and the edge of Centro only a pleasant 10 minute walk. The city is buzzing both in the day and of an evening. The Alhambra is a 15-20 minute walk. Allow yourself a bit of extra time as it’s an uphill walk. If walking isn’t your thing, taxis are fairly priced and there is a small bus up to the Alhambra which is well worth a visit. Overall it was a fantastic experience."
