"On the 2 nights we stayed there a bad storm came through and the power was out for the duration of time we were there. Fortunately, There was a back up generator which kicked on immediately, but the problem was we had no cell service or computer service for the entire 2 days and nights. We were there to attend shows in Branson where the rest of our group were staying. Unfortunately since we could not communicate by email or cell phone to connect with our friends, we had no choice but to go on...

"This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and were glad to have hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, bacon, and cereal. "We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was large and had the expected amenities. The shower delivered plenty of hot water at a fast speed from a large shower head. A little too fast for the drainage which was a tad bit sluggish. The room was very quiet and blocked interior hotel sounds as well as outside traffic sound. The AC worked great. The bed was The perfect combination of furnace and softness. No complaints from us. "

"Great staff. Very helpful. Worked with us. Pool had tons of chlorine in it. Bathroom door would not shut unless you lifted seat. Tv hard to work and reception wasn’t very good. But staff and cleanliness was worth it. Toilet backed up but they fixed it quickly. Would stay again."
