Purely amazing. Amazing and beautiful location, beautiful property. Concierge staff, pool bar staff, beach bar staff, breakfast team, housekeeping staff - all on another level of friendliness and courtesy. Struggled to find a flaw in any part of our stay. One of our best trips, albeit to short. Cannot recommend this hotel ans its team enough.
We went to celebrate one of our 2 annual anniversaries. We arrived and waited as they decorated our room with flowers. We didn't get the ocean view we reserved but the we did get a lovely room with a bathtub. We spent the afternoon poolside then dressed for dinner. We were hoping for some fresh fish but they didn't seem to have any on the menu. The buffet was surprisingly good and the servers were wonderfully attentive. We were able to take a few bites back to the room and the brought us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel was such a lovely break from Cairo and we plan to return for our second annual anniversary at the end of the summer.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. There are plenty of trash on the beach. The hotel also does not have limo service so you need to arrange for transportation in and out. Breakfast and dinner are good but it is tailored to serve foreign workers who leave at certain time in the morning and return for dinner at certain time in the evening. You may be out of luck if your timing is off.In summary; avoid booking this hotel unless you like to pay hefty price for a mediocre service.
The property had barely any guests, despite having many complaints and asking for flexibility to cancel and receive even a partial refund, top management decided on otherwise and still had us charged for our full stay. Never again.
Very nice staff , thank you Kareem, mohamed and property manager for being so nice accommodating and professional, definitely recommend this facility , we had a great time
The staff are super nice and friendly. The ambiance and pool are great. The food is delicious. Only issue was the shower was leaking water into the room, every time we shower so they need to pay more attention to maintenance especially for such an expensive hotel.
It’s one of the loveliest properties ever, architecture, design, colors, view and very detailed design.
Peaceful, elegant and spacious, lovely pool area and beach yet not swimming in the sea like most of north coast.
Food is the only drawback, breakfast is very good but not lunch & dinner.
Would definitely consider going again
With better service this will be an excellent spot
This hotel has the potential to be great. The design of the buildings looks amazing, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are excellent. The only negatives are that the service isn’t the best (you have to call more than once to get what you asked for) and the pool side bathrooms weren’t kept clean.
The hotel itself is amazing but the staff especially the reception & the pool & bell captain needs a lot of training as they are completely unprofessional , but the restaurant staff are very professional & the the food is amazing
Bathrooms leak water on ground and ot becomes very slippery beside that all ok

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Pros: Beautiful beach view, friendly staff, nice amenities. Brand new hotel, nice design.
Cons: food is far too expensive at the hotel and there aren’t many options. Felt like I was getting gouged because they knew there aren’t other options for people on the property. Hotel room had some issues, we had an insect issue and woke up one morning with bug bites on our arms and legs. There were some issues with the bidet not working and poor workmanship on the closets (piece fell off).
Hotel was clean and new but services in the hotel are almost none
There is only one resturant that is open and the food is below averge
The bed sheets were not changed for 5 days even though i asked them to change it twice
There are no activites availble at the hotel at all
Its way over priced for their poor service
Not going back there again
NEVER STAY HERE! DANGEROUS PLACE!
rooms are extremely tiny. The size of cruise rooms. air conditioning did not work and they attempted to fix it but broke again. 100 degree desert weather WITH NO AC!
Construction everywhere. Loud and dangerous. RIGHT IN THE GUEST AREA on the beach!
Hot water in the bathroom available for maybe 2 minutes then gone. So no hot water for two people.
Food in the “hot” buffet was all cold.
Management is indifferent at best. Admits to bringing on all new inexperienced staff who don’t know what they’re doing. Night management staff downright disrespectful.
On top of all that, ridiculously overpriced. Im a tourist so accustomed to being overcharged, but 200 pounds for water is ridiculous.
Much better stay in Rixos or Alamein hotel nearby.
Their staff has no experience in hotels or how to deal with customers. Only the manager who come back and try to help fix any issues.
I was their for two night and all what I got was the managers apologizing all the time for wat their staff were not able to do.
I had to wait for long time to get my key after checking in.
When I called in the morning to ask for coffee cream they told me the person has the cream does not come till 9:00 am .
The iron board had a polyester cover not fabric which missed up my shirt when I tried to iron it .
The breakfast buffet had dark color cold cut which show that it is old and they have been serving it every day .
the staff does not have any experience to how to deal with customers in a polite way and the managers keep apologizing on behave of their team . Their excuse was these people are seasonal so they are not fully trained.
I will never go back to this hotel again for any of my future visit to this area.
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Their prices are higher than the Four Seasons but worse service than hostels I stayed in when I was younger. I called the hotel the week before my stay to get some help with restaurant recommendations and making reservations. The receptionist told me that they do not call restaurants for their guests, not even the restaurant inside the hotel. When I asked for recommendations he told me McDonald's and KFC. When we checked in our room smelled like stale water, there was no hot water, and there were frequent black outs. There were also bugs in the shower. Our A/C went out completely once; luckily the hotel was able to fix it but did not even offer an apology. Our friend was not so lucky as her A/C went out multiple times, and when the hotel sent a team to fix it 10 hours later, they left a mess in her room, did not clean it, and did not offer to move her to another room or provide any compensation. When we complained about the hot water, they were able to give us 5 minutes of hot water in our room but no more, so my wife could not use the soaking tub that they have in the room to take a hot bath. The WiFi reception was also horrible and we could not connect to it in our room. The reception refused to call cabs for us, even when they watched us struggle to find one for an hour. When we complained to the manager, he did not apologize; he only said he hoped it would be better next time. We will never go back.
