"Apartment was very spacious with a large living room and separate bedroom. Excellent shower/bathroom and decent (but basic) kitchen facilities. We had a 10-night stay visiting family nearby and it was ideal, close to shops, trams, trains, and was quiet and safe "

"Booked a superior studio, room was a good size, clean and had everything needed. Beds very comfortable Location was great, close to cafes, shops and tram line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would criticise was the condition of the balcony area, looked like it hadn't been tidied for some time."

"Fantastic stay that was super clean with friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located and we were able to walk to everything. Restaurant and bar on site, unfortunately ours was a quick trip for a wedding so we weren’t able to try it, however we did order room service which was delicious! Only downside to the property is that their carpark is actually a Wilson parking lot located next door, the entry to which is a little confusing and the car park can be a bit tight for larger vehicles…...

"Lovely hotel, great location, modern designed rooms. Great shower and bath products, excellent soundproofing, very good cooling/heating. Nearby parking was easy to use and reasonably priced. Suggest opening the bar a little later in the evening on weekends. Most staff were very kind and helpful, one was somewhat abrupt. Tea/coffee in the room was average. "

"The check in was an unpleasant start to the stay. It took us an hour to get our garage key (wrong code provided), get into the room and then park the car in the stacker. This included two trips to the car to unload our luggage and several calls to the staff for help. The staff member was so patient. Unfortunately the phone connection (Telstra) kept dropping out in the garage and later in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean enough, although some of the bathroom...

"Another great stay at the QT. This is an excellent boutique hotel, which on the one hand keeps the vibe of a boutique, but on the other is big enough for a full restaurant, and wonderful rooftop bar. Highly recommended when you are in Melbourne."

"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues: 1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift. 2) The water pressure of the shower...
