"Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Our only change would be not to have dogs staying; one dog howled for a good while at 7.30 am on the sunday: I think guests had...

"You have to go looking for staff, reception desk and bar, all good when you find them. More light in the rooms is needed, controlled by the main switch, over the dresser and the main floor area."

"Amazing break! Staff all friendly. Food in main restaurant was amazing and had a great massage at spa by Hannah. Spa was all lovely and clean and not overcrowded. The only thing was the relaxation room was not open after our massage as we chose the last session. The pastries at breakfast were not worth the calories as a bit stodgy.
