Apartementos Carlos V is located close to the old innercity of Alcudia which is nice. There are enough shops and restaurants around within walking distance. Parking is a bit more challenging, but there is a big parking a few hundred meters from the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious with a big living room and a bed room. There's basic furniture and there are basic utensils in the kitchen. The automated checkin procedure was a bit of a challenge (a lot of unhandy typing on a screen) but eventually we managed to get this done. We booked this quite last minute so we were positively surprised about the location and the size of the apartment.

Bad smell emanating from bathroom. Smell so bad it caused headache. Mold or sewage smell. I suspect the drop ceiling in bathroom has allowed water vapor to collect in the space above. Poor design to utilize a drop ceiling in such a space. That entire ceiling tile area should be removed and cleaned then sealed to prevent water vapor entry.

Lejlighed i slidt stand

God beliggenhed. Fik skiftet håndklæder, fjernet affald og fik rengjort badeværelse 2 gange på 8 dage - super. Køkken meget slidt med skæve låger, forkant af bord itu, vandhane ikke fastgjort, så begge hænder måtte bruges for at åbne for vand (se foto). Ingen kaffemaskine eller vandkoger.

Apartamento muy espacioso y con buenas camas. Buena comunicación con la recepción y buena ubicación del edificio, muy próximo a las playas. Quizá algun utensilio más en la cocina podría haber estado bien.

Great apartment.

The apartment was huge, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed that so many restaurants were closed for the winter months but Alcúdia is a quaint historical town. Parking can be an issue but there is free parking on the street if you can find a spot and a large parking lot around the corner from the old city wall.

We had a lovely stay at Apartamentos Carlos V! The location was perfect, in idyllic Alcudia Ola town, and the staff were super sweet and helpful! The room was sweet, simple and clean - all you could ask for! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Gutes Apartment mit schöner Dachterrasse

Einfach eingerichtetes aber großes Apartment mit einer schönen großen Dachterrasse mit Blick über Alcudia und zum Meer. Die Lage des Apartments ist auch sehr gut, da man direkt in die Altstadt laufen kann. Ein großer Parkplatz mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Gastronomie und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder die Apartments von Carlos V bevorzugen.

Apartment is fine, spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. The shower was weak. Breakfast wasn't very good but local cafes are cheap if you want something else. Overall I'd stay again if I was looking for a place on a budget.
