This is my 2nd stay at the Arrow Mill. The rooms are a perfect size with large bathrooms. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are also extremely accommodating. The food was excellent and the breakfast options are great and I would definitely recommend the full English!

Our room was excellent - stylish & comfortable. Staff were terrific. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with great gluten-free options. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay, although the room was very warm and needed the fan on all night (which makes for a noisier rest) very comfortable otherwise! Fabulous large bathroom, large walkin shower and cavernous roll top bath. Restaurant/food was amazing service was 1st class Worth every penny and would highly recommend

Luxurious rooms, delicious food
Always have a wonderful stay here. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and every detail is considered. Even when the restaurant is full, the rooms are quiet. The team are always friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and they have an excellent gluten free menu and are very careful when it comes to allergies and coeliac disease.

Great stay
Amazing room in beautiful surroundings. Meal in the pub was fantastic. Service was excellent. Residents lounge is a nice touch to enjoy drinks after the bar closes. Only minor issue was 10:00 check out which is at least 1 hour too early IMO especially as the cost is not the cheapest. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay
The hotel was beautiful. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and comfortable. We had breakfast overlooking an active pond so got to watch the ducks, geese (with family), a heron and pair of swans. The food was really nice and service excellent.

An excellent stay in a comfortable room which could match a hotel with a 5☆ rating for facilities and cleanliness. The large restaurant served a first class freshly cooked breakfast. The evening meal served quality and plentiful food portions. Good and friendly service from all the staff in the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future. Only hiccup was on checking out as our bill had another rooms meal/drinks added, promptly removed when mentioned.

Lovely venue, room was lovely and the little snug room was nice too. Food was good. Value for money was good. Only negatives ; 1) Would be good to have a bigger area, just to drink, a few sofas or comfy chairs n the bar area 2) Wasn't sure if some of the photos in the men's toilets were appropriate had we have been their with our young children.

A wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary
We were delighted to return to the Arrow Mill - 18 years after having our wedding reception there. Our meal was exquisite and excellent value. As a vegetarian coealiac, it was wonderful to have thoughtfully created dishes to choose from. Our room (no. 1) was extremely well-appointed and comfortable with a fantastic roll-top bath, L'Occitane toiletries and a very comfortable bed. Service was excellent and we look forward to a return visit. We won't wait 18 years this time!

Simply excellent! Room, food and service!
We stayed for two nights at the Arrow Mill Hotel and it was outstanding in every way. We have stayed in some lovely places and can honestly say this was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was fantastic. The room was extremely luxurious yet also managed to seem cosy with a sumptuous comfortable bed. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very friendly. The food was excellent. Will be raving about it to friends and family as a must visit place.

Lovely hotel and setting
Lovely location and building. Rooms very hot but a fan is provided. Mosquitos an issue even though windows do have mesh on however the door to the balcony did not which meant it couldn’t be left open for fresh air. If we were pre warned we could have bought a plug in device or perhaps the hotel could provide them. It would have been nice to have table and chairs on the balcony. Felt as if hotel side is playing second to the restaurant/ bar, we felt a little neglected and a separate reception desk would have helped that. Overall a lovely place but just a few tweets needed.

This is a 10/10 score hotel And you have to stay once to understand why people give such high score. I am staying in room 9 Junior Suite , there are lots of spiders showing up at night and that’s a bit scary.

Great setting, Wonderful place, Staff so welcoming and greet you with a big smile 😊, Nothing is too much trouble to them, So accommodating in all departments, The hotel is beautiful, Rooms are amazing, The assistant Manger ( Racheal ) so so welcoming, Happy and polite, Fantastic customer service.
