"The walls are pretty thin you can hear the people next to you coughing and in the bathroom you can hear the people next to you talking. Also, road noise since you are near a freeway. Hallways have a stenchy odor in the morning. Staff are friendly."

"Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to let this situation pass treating a guest and loyalty member like a piece of garbage"

"Staff is very attentive and dealt fast and professionally with a medical situation. Property is overall in good shape, but some details need improvement like screen doors on balconies. Be aware there is no elevator. Would stay again at this property."
