Not in the best area. There was a trailer park just outside the property and empty liquor bottles and pill bottles at back fence. We also saw evidence of a mouse having been in the room.

Good attention from staff. Breakfast was good. Clean room but the facility was a bit "tired" and could use upgrading. Overall as advertised and a great bargain.
