Nice hotel at the countryside

Wonderfull hotel on the countryside close to Alberobello. The rooms are simple but everything is new.

Two nights in there were ok. The location and the building itself were great. Hot water was not available. The air conditioner was not working. The pool it was great.

Da migliorare

La struttura è molto bella e la piscina a sfioro davvero suggestiva, è un luogo piacevole dove trascorrere qualche ora di relax. La colazione è buona anche se potrebbe migliorare un po’ l’offerta salata, aggiungendo magari qualcosa di tipico. La posizione è ottima per visitare i principali punti turistici della zona. Note dolenti sono sicurante le camere, brutte e spoglie, ed check in è stato uno dei peggiori che mi sia capitato. Non mi è mai successo di pensare che stessi disturbando qualcuno col mio arrivo e se non avessi fatto io giusto due domande non avrei saputo niente sulla struttura, neanche gli orari della colazione. Il check in è fondamentale, è il primo impatto che un ospite ha con la struttura. Molto gentili invece le signore delle colazioni ed il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check out.

Struttura molto bella ma gestita proprio male. La gestione è approssimativa tanto da sembrare casuale. Struttura pensata più per gli eventi che per i singoli soggiorni. Zona piscina stupenda ma trascurata nel servizio.....impossibile pensare di prendere un aperitivo. Le stanze hanno come unico accesso la porta d'entrata. Di conseguenza la sera è come dormire in un locale senza finestre. Consiglio perlomeno una tenda filtrante perché la parte esterna davanti all'entrata è comune e se ci si cambia può essere imbarazzante. Colazione discreta E non parliamo del wi-fi.....nelle poche aree dove c'è segnale....è pessimo. Direi che la Masseria ha ampio margine di miglioramento.

Masseria nel verde che ti da la giusta carica di relax. Peccato la mancanza di attenzione nelle camere. Frigo non funzionante e sopratutto vuoto senza nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. (in tutte le camere prenotate). Colazione molto scarsa con il minimo indispensabile. Pulizia camere da 8. La struttura é bella e migliorare questi aspetti é il minimo per fare la differenza. Ottimo invece il Ristorante.

Struttura meravigliosa, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, tutto pulito e impeccabile. Personale sempre attento e disponibile. Consigliamo particolarmente di provare le prelibatezze preparate dagli chef, sia gli aperitivi che i pranzi sono stati oltre ogni aspettativa: tutto squisito, piatti ricercati ma con ingredienti semplici e genuini. Sicuramente una struttura consigliatissima, dove ritorneremo molto volentieri!

La structure externe est magnifiquement restaurée : on croit arriver dans un établissement de luxe et ce n'est que de la frime. Les chambres ont une décoration de colonie de vacances : meubles en bois marron, couvre-lit marron. Ma chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre et la réduction que m'a accordée l'hôtelier ne change pas la donne même si elle a été appréciée. C'est comme si à la fin de la restauration de la structure ils n'avaient plus eu d'argent pour décorer les chambres. Pas de wifi sauf dans un petite terrasse à l'extérieur. Enfin, ça n'a d'agritourisme que le nom : aucune restauration sur place et pas de restaurants à des km à la ronde. Je n'aurais pas pu me tromper davantage dans mon choix pour Alberobello.
