I was in town with friends for UAlbany homecoming. I loved that there one and two bedroom apartment-style rooms, with fully equipped kitchens (stove, oven, and fridge). The rooms were spacious to include the bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only issue was my room was serviced by housekeeping when it was supposed to; however, once I contacted the front desk, they sent up fresh linens.

I loved the property and the room we stayed in. The staff was excellent and very friendly and welcoming! The only thing I had an issue with was that the handicap parking area was not shoveled and there was ice and snow which made it difficult for my disabled husband.

The hotel is doing renovation and my room was spacious and remodeled . Very comfortable. Due to renovation pool was closed but they said we can use the pool at a near by hotel. I passed because it would be too inconvenient and it’s cold outside the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

An excellent choice!

Great location, easy check in and the suite was well laid out and provided plenty of amenities and space to relax. We did not have an extended stay, but if I needed to, this room would have been perfect.

The hotel was clean and very well equipped. The check in and check out was easy. The staff was nice and the breakfast selection was great. The only thing was that the pool water looked dirty and the hot tub was out of commission. And I was looking forward to some pool time since its July.

The property had a fully functional kitchen that was really great and a full sized fridge. You can defiantly bring food with you to cook and utilize the kitchen a lot. They also have silverware and cooking stuff in the kitchen, when I say fully stocked, it was actually useable.

Perfectly nice Residence Inn, as you would expect - great kitchen and layout. Very quiet and serene. Exactly what we needed. (We forgot that when we booked it said free breakfast and the staff didn't remind us at check-in so we missed it - being in a new time zone and all.)

Overall, a good experience with one significant drawback. The suite itself was well-appointed and spacious, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The kitchenette was particularly handy and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, there was one major issue that detracted from my stay: the overwhelming smell of urine that wafted out of the bathroom, especially during the night. My bed was near the bathroom, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, the problem persisted throughout my stay. In summary, while the suite had many positive aspects, the strong odor from the bathroom was a significant downside. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.

The kitchenette was nice, had scrub mommy for doing dishes. A little cramped as the stove top was right next to the fridge. Overall it worked. Microwave was good, heated evenly and rotated the food. Shower was big, but I couldnt keep water from bouncing out of shower. (No tub) Breakfast was standard warm fare (scrambled eggs, cariety of sausage, bacon, frittatas, breakfast biscuit sandwich, oat meal, yogurts, waffle maker (only 1, but displayed the time), juices offered were apple and orange, coffee hot and cold brew, milk, cereal. Fresh whole fruit, apples, banana, oranges. I didnt see any mixed fruit. I also didnt ask. Good seating across several areas. Staff was helpful and friendly. Washers were $2.50 cleaned the clothes, dryers were $2.50, but left the clothes damp. Pool was nice in appearance, I did not use. Hot tub was full, but out of order. Room was spacious, bed good, and lots of seating options from counter or sofa with moveable table to desk with chair. TV swiveled so could watch from kitchen or bed.
