"Beautiful hotel and my room was 99% perfect. I had read a few reviews that their AC hadn’t worked - mine didn’t either. Truly the only thing amiss is the AC, everything else was terrific. The view from the room is gorgeous and the promenade started across the street. My tours picked me up at the hotel because of its easy location. Grocery store next door, restaurants everywhere. "I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "
