"I knew the reviews were good before we left but they surpassed all expectations, the food was superb, the staff ultra polite and helpful, the pool and entertainment were excellent, the access to the beach and shops was easy with the free and frequent shuttle service. I would absoloutely recommend this hotel to anyone (especially families)."

"Short stay in 2 bed apartment. Location is excellent, bars and restaurants and 2 supermarkets within a minutes walk. . Air con in both bedrooms, comfy beds, very clean on arrival. Good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the resort. Nice pool area with friendly staff. A bit basic but overall very pleasant. "

"Great stay at son bou gardens as usual perfect for a quiet getaway staff friendly and helpful our apartment looked like they’ve been modernised since we last came pre covid and they were working on other whilst we were there €5 charge for beds at he gondola pool is the only let down but we used the son bou restaurant pool in zone 3 where it’s €3 but you get that back if you buy food and the fish & chips in there is amazing as are the staff especially Lucy the owner also being a Leicester city...

"Make no illusions about this hotel - the price is cheap, it is on the beach, the hotel is cheap. Staff was friendly and polite. The beach is a mere 100 yards away and you can walk into town by going up a few flights of steps. The beds were uncomfortable, the TV in the lobby was blaring past midnight, and the free breakfast is just a sad, sad thing. If you just need a cheap place to keep your stuff, shower, and occasionally sleep with earplugs in - then this is the place for you."
