"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. "This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and impeccable, and the staff was extremely helpful. They literally anticipated needs. We parked our car in the hotel garage and every time we needed it during our stay, there were fresh bottles of water in the car. There was also always new bottled water in the room, along with nightly chocolate surprises. We stayed over Fourth of July and found America themed cupcakes in our room."

"The staff is what I like best about this hotel. They are very friendly and are always ready to help. The design of the hotel is minimalist but very functional. Bathrooms are great and beds are comfortable. Conveniently located next to the old town with a beautiful view over the river. Definitely will stay here again!"

"Our family of three stayed here for one night after arriving on a late flight. It was exactly what we needed- clean, easy to get to, and quiet. The staff was helpful and efficient. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Breakfast had all the usual options and plenty of space. There is a free airport shuttle until 23:30."
