"We traveled here in July and we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good, the staff were super helpful and the hotel had everything we needed. The only small downside was our AC wasn’t great. The room would get a bit hot throughout the day but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter much. Again, great stay."

"The property is in a gorgeous location-the ocean is a beautiful walk down a mountain path and while there is no beach there is a rope ladder to go swimming and places to place your things- it is a gorgeous place to swim and snorkel without too many people. If you have a disability I would not recommend doing this. You have to pull yourself up the ladder which can be tricky. The hotel is tranquil and feels more like a house than a hotel and the views are gorgeous. Not a lot of parking in town...

"Just be aware of this property. The staff is not helpful, not accommodating and quite frankly not happy to see you. I booked a 4 person room on Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel the staff told me that my room only fits 2. I told them that their rooms on line showed 4 person. They were not helpful at all and acted like it was my fault. After 30 to 45 minutes of standing at the front desk they told me that they can prep the rooms to hold 4 and charge me an additional 70 euros per day...

"The room looked nothing like the pictures, we could clearly hear everything from the rooms beside below and above us, including conversations to moving around to using the shower. It kept us up all night. The bathroom is so small your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the toilet. Bed was not very comfortable.. The fact that they won’t allow you to check in after midnight was stressful as we had a night flight to Palma. The wifi was tough. The luggage storage was helpful. The fire escape...

"Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."
