The employees at this facility were excellent, kind and helpful! This was seen at the front desk, the dining facility, the cleaning staff, and the entertainment leaders. This was our second year at this resort, which is a good and economical place for a family who wants a great place to swim on the beach with nearby shopping. The food offerings did seem a little cheaper this year. Most staff speak basic English and/or Russian.

Great Hotel, a clean and organized one. Attentive staff members, more than enough facilities, more than enough food and activities. Best part about the hotel is the food buffet 3 times in a day plus Ali the other food options around the clock plus local drinks and soft drinks. The staff and amenities just as well, the beach is literally at your feet. You leave your room walk a minute down and tada! Great for families and caters for all needs. Bare in mind that the location of the hotel is purely just hotels there, it isn't a place with the convenience of a town centre as it is between Antalya and Alanya.

Sea Life Buket Hotel is a basic all inclusive by US standards with excellent food and a beautiful beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They keep the staff employed year round to keep consistency in workers. Most visitors are from Eastern Europe, Germany, or France. The staff is very helpful (Nazar in the restaurant was very helpful and kind - so was Ahmet at the bar - “Iki Soda Lutfen”) There are many bazaars and shops around. Transport from AYT airport via transfer is around 80 USD. Most shops take either USD, EUR, TYL or Visa cards. Please check the typical weather for your time of year as summers can get very hot. Also, lots of buses and transport to get you to larger cities like Alanya.

It was a fantastic hotel! We re-located to this hotel from Simply Fine hotel in main Alanya. They were very accommodating when we told them that we are coming and we had a bad experience with previous hotel. They provided a fantastic room, we loved it, it was spacious/clean/modern/comfortable/great view on the balcony! We suggest for any guests to reserve rooms on block 9, as they are the best in the hotel. The dinning experience was unmatched! There were numerous options, everyday was different! The best all inclusive experience thus far! They even provided option to dine in the evening, at one of their in-house restaurants. This was great! If this was not enough, they had numerous drinks stations to freshen up throughout the day. Unique snacks all day. You did not need or want for anything else. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They were very attentive and kind. The facilities were great, they had great lifts! The 2 pools were clean and safe to use. They had 2 slides which was fun to use. They had so many extra activities to get involved in with your spouse or family. This hotel is very children friendly too! Highly recommend, in fact, this is one of the best in Alanya.

First the good - our room was overlooking the ocean - reasonable food quality but bland. And now the bad - the volume of the thump thumping music throughout the day and evening was just terrible and completely unsuitable for anyone with a family or hoping for a relaxing stay. The chap in charge of the entertainment could do nothing other than shout through a PA system that seemed to be permanently fixed on the highest setting. Impossible to get a quiet nights sleep anytime before midnight as the noise was dreadful. The level of service in the main ‘view bar’ was poor at best with one member of the staff more interested in talking on his phone, filling the coffee machine or moving glasses around rather than attending to the ‘one’ lady waiting to be served - the bars are generally under staffed leading to long queues developing every night. The hotel claims to be a high end resort but it’s certainly far from that - only basic amenities in the room and pre-filled thin plastic water cups in a self claimed high class resort shows its real standard. Seeking to speak with the manager proved hopeless as no one spoke english and my attempts to communicate were met with dumb stares. Even check-out was done without even a nod, thank you or any other form of basic animal like grunt. A most unsatisfactory stay at this place and after 9 nights in this place we were so glad to leave.

As soon as i finished my lunch my tongue was cut in which my mouth was full of blood, talk to the receptionist who said see the doctor and he wasn't present, seen by the nurse instead. She tried to direct me to the private hospital that was contracted with them but i was loosing precious time and said i would go by myself. Went to the hospital and i was charged for 1,000 YTL at first registration, the doctor saw my tongue, had two stitches, then they said i need to pay additional 5,000 YTL only for 2 stitches. After arguing i end up with paying another 3,500 YTL on top of 1,000. This is utterly a rip off, back to the hotel, explained what i paid and asked if the hotel was prepare to pay for it. After long discussions, he talked to the other people and they came up with lots of excuses. I understood that they wouldn't pay it at all, i said leave it as i only stayed with my family for 3 nights. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. anyone who dare to go there be prepared for not to be looked after. Whatever happens to you, you're alone at this hotel. Avoid, avoid, avoid !!

Hôtel parfait, je recommande.

Très bon hôtel, je recommande. Nourriture pour tous les goûts, avec bien évidemment des plats typiques turcs. Une animation tout au long de la journée et également en soirée. Contrairement à ce qui est affiché sur le site, le coffre fort dans la chambre est gratuit. Les piscines sont propres et très bien entretenues. De même pour les chambres. En cas de problème de propreté, c’est souvent la faute de certains vacanciers (nourriture autour de la piscine). Les jardins sont très agréables. Personnel à l’écoute, et ce dans de très nombreuses langues (anglais, français, russe, allemand et bien évidemment turc). Extrêmement agréable.

Er zat een stukje gebroken nagel in een spiegelei (dragen geen plastic handschoenen noch haarnet), klacht ingediend bij de personeel maar zei geloofden het niet (vonden het zelf ‘grappig’) en beweerden dat het een stukje plastic was. Wouden het toch goed maken door een a la carte restaurant kn hun eigen hotel aan te bieden voor een avondje, maar ons eetlust was weg. Voor de rest was de hotel en animatie goed, enkel hygiëne mis ik.

Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. Alles bis auf Reis, Spaghetti u. Pommes nicht geniessbar. Nicht nur hier in letzter zeit bei vielen anderen Hotels auch. Lieber wenig und gut statt viel und schlecht.
