Christmas
Pros: hotel is in an amazing location. Room was nice and food in the restaurant was always hot n varied. Staff was nice. Cons: hotel for Christmas had a lot of older cliental that time of year and some was very rude dictating what we could and cannot do. Down to even being told to stop laughing. We ended up going outside the hotel so we could relax.

Nice hotel right across from the beach. The two pools with loungers and umbrellas were very convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was an excellent way to begin each day. I would stay here again.

It‘s Okay.
For a 4 star hotel, it lacks small amenities like slippers, lotion, electric kettle compared to other hotels. This is our 3rd hotel in Alanya since we are touring the place. The staffs are very polite and accomodating. Food are okay and have many choices.

Great stay
Bf and I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. we had a view of the sea not far from us, room and bathroom were cleaned everyday. Shower is nice and big, the room is spacious. Service was great, we were assisted with our airport shuttle as well as corona testing right on hotel property. Cleopatra beach is right in front of the hotel. Location was ideal for us since we wanted to be on the beach, but we were easily able to walk to the harbor in 15-20 minutes. everything was truly walking distance, including the castle as cable cars which are 5 minutes away.. free breakfast was included, the buffet was always good. Dinner can be included or you pay about 7 euros per person and it’s worth it because the food is actually really good for dinner as well. The pools were clean, there are 2 outdoor pools we used both. Due to corona indoor pool and sauna were closed but their spa services were open.

Good hotel on the beach
Overall, it's a good hotel, located just across the street from the beach. It was a bit strange that you had to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas daily. The spa (especially the massages) was excellent.

Alanya beach holiday with friends
Great food! The hotel is close to all the important points in Alanya (beach, clubbing district, shopping). The rooms were very good and the gym was adequate. It was unfortunate that there was only a certain time frame to have drinks (even water) under the all-inclusive banner (10AM to 11PM) but we were able to work around that easily enough. Would definitely stay again here. Cleopatra beach is one of the best I've ever been to.

Very unhappy about our first night. Our friends were already at the hotel waiting for us and we were asked to move to the new hotel as soon as we arrived. Tired and confused we agreed thinking it was overbooked. We stayed in a room that had by the smell of it, just been painted. We did not sleep and we both had headaches the following day. After we mentioned this to reception we expected at least an apology. Nothing The cleaning standards was terrible. Old hair left on bathroom walls and every day there was sewage smells. We were also surprised that we had to pay for our safe in our bedroom. Surely this should be included in the room

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and had great facilities. Location is great. The only criticism I would have is that the blankets are smaller than the beds (king size) but if you ask for extra they will provide. Still very impressed overall.

Recommend this one.
Fridge in the room was a real bonus, but tea making facilities would have improved it even more. Wifi was good if a little slow sometimes. Staff were absolutely as good as it gets. We will return.

Alanya Winter Break..
The location is superb you can hear the waves lapping on the shore as it is very close to Cleopatras Beach which is also very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is very good and indoor pool and gym adequate. The food was OK however you were not allowed to take it out of the dinning room.. The only negative was no tea or coffee facilities provided in your room..

the hotel tried very hard to provide a variety of foods for breakfast. since westerns like omelets with vegetables or cheese (swiss or cheddar), that should be considered. there was plenty of delicious foods to choose from for both breakfast and dinner in the inclusive.

Deserves to come back to
I was very satisfied there. The service, the room, the TV channels, the meals and the location are all very good. Everything went fine. The only unexpected thing was the private beach. The beach is OK, but the thing that was not told is that you have to pay for the sun-bed and pay for the umbrella. Beyond that, things went very fine.
