Une excellente option

Excellent petit hotel de qualite tres bien situe qui permet de visiter toute les curiosites de la ville a pied sans probleme. Staff de tres bon conseil et qui vous aidera et vous conseillera au mieux. Chambre grande avec un balcon et une SdB le tout tres fonctionnel. Le PdJ est copieux et varie. Un point a ameliorer les matelats a renouveller.

Very nice place next to the beautiful beach. Lots of cafe nearby. Big shopping area within 5-10 min of walk. The room was great and so was the breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Отель хороший всем: хорошее расположение, пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы, до центра пешком мин 20, рынки, магазины, базары тоже в пешей доступности. По моим ощущениям отель больше тянет к 4-м звездам. Вкусная еда, очень разнообразные фрукты и в достаточном количестве. Персонал приветливый, везде чистота. Отель сетевой поэтому за качеством следят очень строго. Номера небольшие, но с хорошим ремонтом и мебелью. Развлечений в отеле нет, но нам этого и не надо было, их много в самом городе на любой вкус). Отличный городской отель по хорошей цене.

Otele girişte lobideki iğrenç bir koku vardı sorduğumda deri koltukları yeni aldık cevabı aldım :))))) bildiğin yumurta sucuk kokusu ve kahvaltı hizmetinide burada veriyorlar resepsiyondaki aksanı bozuk bayan benden ısrarla girişte ödeme almak istedi ben ödemeyi istersem chek in istersen chek out sırasında yapabilirim bunu bana rezervasyon yaptığım site sunuyor ama bu arkadaş ısrarla ödeme istiyor ödeme yapmadım odaya çıktım oda ne lavoboların içinden geçtiğin çatı katında personel odasının orada bir oda şaka gibi odayı hiç kullanmadım aşağı tekrar indim orada kalmayacağımı söyledim yan bina diye tabir ettikleri yere yönlendirdiler oraya gittim Girdim odaya akşam vakti banyodan sesler geliyor çok yüksek yoğun rögar sesi rahatsız edici tekrar indim aşağı bununa söyledim kendilerine odaya baktırdılar aşağıdaki su deposundan geliyor dediler su deposu odun deposu beni ilgilendirmez ben rahatsız olurum bu sesle uyuyamam dedim ayrılmak istediğimi söyledim bana bir gece ödemem gerektiğini söylediler odayı kullanmadığım halde yatağa bile uzanmadım doğrusu böyle yönetim böyle işletmeler okursan siz daha çok kayıp edersiniz

Türk ve Ukraynalı çift

Öncelikle her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Ben ve Ukraynalı sevgilim bu otelde 4 gece kaldık. Normalde otele girişimiz 14.00 dı ama bizim otobüsümüz erken geldiği için sabah 7 gibi otelde olduk. Sıcak bir karşılamadan sonra valizlerimizi aldılar ve odamız müsait oluncaya kadar bizi lobide ağırlayabileceklerini ve kahvaltı, içecek hizmetlerinden yararlanabileceğimizi söylediler. Sonrasında ise ilk boşalan odaya aldılar bizi 09.00 olmadan odamıza alındık. Otelde her şey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltıları yeterliydi. Lobisi güzel ve 7/24 içeceklerden faydalanabiliyordunuz. Otelin havuzu güzeldi ama sadece 08.00-20.00 arasında kullanabiliyorsunuz. Keşke havuzdan 7/24 yararlanabilsek çok daha güzel olurdu. Ayrıca odanızı her gün temizleyip, çarşaf, havlu vs. yeniliyorlar. Her odada balkon var. Konumundan bahsedecek olursak ise bence kesinlikle Alanya nın en güzel yerinde. Çevresinde çok fazla market vs. istediklerinizi bulabileceğiniz mekanlar var. Plaja yürüyerek 3-4 dakika. Alanya kalesi, teleferik, damlataş mağarası vs. hepsi yürüme mesafesinde. Bir de unutmadan umarım isimlerini doğru hatırlıyorumdur, resepsiyonda akşamları duran Yiğit bey ve cafe görevlilerinden Kırgızistanlı arkadaş Ömer'e yardımları ve sıcak kanlı davranışları için teşekkürler. Kısacası eğer Alanyaya gitmeyi düşünüyorsanız kesinlikle çekinmeden bu otele gidin. Fiyat-konum-hizmet olarak daha uygunu yok.
