we have booked a double room with balcony, but instead were placed in a very small dirty room with the air conditioner that didn’t work. The room had a single bed and no balcony. We requested several times to be placed in the room that we have already payed for, but reception staff only stated that they are fully booked. The service is awful, the rooms are dirty and the restaurants are unsanitary. This is clearly NOT a 5 star hotel, and not even 3 star one. I wish I have chosen something else. Also please note that I speak basic Turkish, fluent English and Russian. The staff members claim to speak English and German, however, they cannot. Even their Russian is disappointing.

For the price we payd it is absolutely OK. You have a job to do to train some of the service people. It is anoying to see adult people stacking food on their plates like they never have seen foo before. That is ofcourse not the hotel to blame.

Tamamen rus turistler için uygun bir otel Yerli turistlere ilgi alaka sıfir denecek kadar kezat kendi ülkemde kendimi yabancı hissettim Otel görevlilerinin önceliği rus genç turister kesinlikle kezat bir otel bir daha asla gitmem ve tavsiye etmem.plajı güzel ama denizi cok taşlı ve kayalı ayak kesmek veya parmak kırmak elinde olmayabilir bir iskelesi bile yok. Bence 3 kuruş fazla olsun tatilin tatil gibi olsun
