I visited elysee hotel on 2012, and when we decide to visit it again on 2021 we found that nothing had been change, we booked 6 rooms the ac was not work probably in most of them, one of the rooms only has refrigerator that work, the bed mattress gives you a back pain, the food was terrible we only ate once and after that all from out side, wifi only at lobby and its too slow. So overall we don’t like our stay and unfortunately the hotel didn’t take the lockdown a chance to renew and do some improvements.

Dinlenmek için ideal

Otelin konumu harika, balkon manzaraları enfes, personel gerek karşılama ve gerekse devamında çok yardımcı güleryüzlü çözüm odaklı. Otel pandemi döneminde açılmadığı için yenilenememiş, odalarda ufak tefek eksiklikler var ancak çabucak hallediliyor.

Хороший отель с прекрасным персоналом. Близко к центру Алании, близко к морю. На пляже есть бар от отеля, кофе, безалкогольные напитки бесплатно. Лежаки платные. Еда хорошего качества. Всегда всем все хватало.Фрукты, сладкое в достатке. Рыба и индейка, курица, много овощей, сыры разные. Завтрак, обед, ужин. Плюс с 14 до 16 закуски возле бассейна. С 17. 00по 18.00 выпечка тоже возле бассейна. В баре алкоголь хороший, ни разу плохо не стало. Отдыхают в основном туристы из Польши, Германии, Турции. Персонал всегда улыбается и соблюдает субординацию.Постельное белье было чистое, без пятен.Мне достался номер с большим балконом с видом на море и в сад. Кондиционер работал исправно, хоть и старый.Только немного хромает уборка в номере. Чаевые не особо помогали . но уверен, что если бы показать проблему горничной, она не откажется убрать. Просто я не привиредлив, и особо не сорил. За собой я всегла могу протереть стол на балконе и застелить кровать. Пляж очень близко, через дорогу. Вход в море не из самых лучших,но не из самых худших. Каменные плиты, как и на большинстве пляжей Алании.Но можно ездить на пляж Клеопатры. На автобусе 10 минут. Отель рекомендую тем, кому нужен спокойных отдых, так как тусовок и анимации там нет. Для меня это был плюс, я хотел покоя))

my experience

This hotel is rated 4 *, I will give it 4.. out of 100. Absolutely disgusting and waste of money. Any Brits traveling to this hotel don't. You will take the All Inclusive deal like myself but will be told many things are available only to the ULRA INCLSIVE package, when i asked can I upgrade to the ultra inclusive they said this was not available at this hotel, which to this day I don't know if they were joking. Staff very rude, there are more tip boxes around the hotel then actual stuff you need.Hotel big for nothing. I ate in that place once and that was all I needed to see. I felt I was eating in London's Chinatown, but a £5 all you can eat diners. Hotel cleaning is abysmal, they change towels every 2 days, in my case every 4th day and that was afer i spoke to the receptionist in 2 occasions. Only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location, that's all.
