"From the front desk to the dining and housekeeping staff, everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. The pillows and mattress were exceptionally firm and comfortable. The reception assisted in facilitating our transfer outside of Jeddah. I am sincerely grateful for the service and genuine hospitality in having stayed at this establishment "

"It should not be listed as a hotel, it even has a big legally CLOSED sign, by tourism authorities; not sure how they are still operating. No towels, no breakfast, AC is continuously ON, shower & WC are dirty"

"Booked 2 family suites. They gave us one and we had to tell them to give us the suite we booked and changed rooms. Then we got to the rooms and no towels. Asked for 6 towels since there were 3 people staying in each room, and they only gave us 2 towels saying that they didn’t have enough so we had to share. There were stains on the bedsheets and floor. No shower curtains so water dripped everywhere"

"The hotel is nice and clean. However, the surroundings (the locality) are very dirty. We had an awkward experience during check in; the receptionist asked for a deposit of SR 200 for our prepaid room. There's no such information at the time of booking. We have been to many hotels in many countries, never faced this type of situation. The price appears to be a bit higher based on the surrounding locations."
