"Wish I had known how nice the pool is! Now, we experienced a strange quirk in that when we checked in, our toilet had already been used and left unflushed. Lucky that neither one of us is a Karen, or that would have been an issue. In our case, it took you to 4 stars instead of 5. Mistakes happen, and everything else was fine."
