Hotel Dekat Pintu Al-Salam

"Best of the best"

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"We’ve been upgraded to full view of kaabah masyallah . Thank you so much Miss Ubaidah for the upagrde Beds we’re so confortable I had no trouble sleeping everytime. Amenities were great. Breakfast was good. One of the best highlights of my hajj journey Location is the best. Connected to mall as well Will bring my kids and my mum to this hotel for umrah soon"

"Nice"

"Beautiful hotel and room however slight issue was the smell coming from the drain in rhe bathroom. Otherwise excellent including breakfast and free shuttle to haramain train station."

"Good hôtel"

"Clean and courteous staff and near haram 4mins walk great place to stay"

"When it rained, the water was leaking from the windows, the next day when I was getting ready, water started leaking from the ceiling. They had construction going on but that is no excuse for poor room quality. Would not recommend. Breakfast is also not the best; the same basic options are available every day. Maybe one menu item will change."

"Sangat memuaskan & terbaik.. Terima Kaseh kepada front office staff yang Bernama Rashed.. dia telah members banyak kerjasama & service yang terbaik. Saya pasti akan kembali menginap di situ lagi "

"Nice hotel"

"One of the best hotels to stay in Makkah. You are on the door step of the haram but set back enough that you don’t feel you’re inside the crowds. The breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay again! The gym and facilities were also well maintained- there’s a women’s only gym and a men’s only gym."
