i arrived early and the front desk prepared the room and let us in , the best in Khobar and i will stay in Massara house in any visit to Alkobar, also the food is delicious and reasonable price, thank you for the nice stay

الفندق خدماته محدودة وهو عبارة عن شقق مفروشة ويوجد موظف مصري في الاستقبال تعامله سيئ جدا لكن الشقة مقبولة مقارنة بالسعر

الفندق لا بأس به ولكن قديم بعض الشيء ..الطاقم متجاوب السعر مبالغ فيه نسبة الى الفندق وقدمه .. نظام التكييف لا يدعم التدفئة .. قلة مواقف السيارات

Very Suite for Family with children

Good Things : its near the al - Cornish and food corner . Bad Things : the Room was disappointing, and seems its a little old . no breakfast facilities . bad smell in Suite Rooms and kitchen all the times that force us to buy smell killers to be used all the times :-( to be honest i will not try it again

My stay at the Massara House was just fair. The hotel has a convenient location. The appliances in the room were ok and I was amazed by the cable TV packege. I had never seen so many channels available. For me as a western, it was nice to see channels from all over the Middle East and Africa.The building needs some refurbishing. The decoration in the halls and mainly in the rooms is a little bit old and heavy and dark, for my taste. The room is small and due to that, the table that it is supposed to be for the using the notebook computer, for example, can't be used because it is just in front of the bathroom door. No room for the chair, so it becomes useless. The bed was big enough and it was confortable and clean. The thing I think really needs some attention from the manager is thebathroom. It is dark, not well cleaned and no blindex box for the shower, not even a curtain. You shower and the whole place gets wet. The clerck did not give me much attention during the check in because he was talking on the phone all the time. It is unconfortable because it feels like the conversation was more important than the customer. I couldn't check the hotel facilities because it was just an over night stay.

別館に泊まらされて　電気はブレーカーでつける必要があるし　2泊目は部屋の掃除もしないでいた。少しひどいのではないかと思う。別館なら別館に宿泊になると書くべき！！！！

Elegant

Hotel staff was very friendly! The hotel is located close to the Corniche. The hotel itself is what I would describe as "old elegance." It's an older elegant hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed. The chairs are overstuffed and large...very comfortable for watching tv. The lobby was a hub of activity. FREE WI-FI!! I've stayed twice and will stay again when in Khobar.
