Very poor hotel

Its spuse to be a 5 star hotel more like a 3 star carpets a dirty smelly and old service is poor and its in a bad location very hart to find

It says 5 stars but would probably barely deserve 3. It wasn't clean to start with. The buffet was quite poor for Turkish standards. The place was remote to anything. The room smells like cigarette although all rooms are apparently non-smoking rooms. The only positive thing was the helpfulness of the staff.

First of all it was very difficult to find the road that goes to the hotel. The staff was very nice but the condition of the room was terrible. We could not find a way to turn the lights off, so we had to unscrew some of the bulbs... then when we thought the switch finally took care of the last lamp and it went off, a few seconds later it turned into a strobe light and kept flashing on and off until we removed that bulb also. The wood on the molding and door were rotting away from moisture or a leak. There was not a single cup or glass in the entire room. No water in the room and no mini bar. Bed was not comfortable. Wi-fi password did not work at all, so basically there was no wi-fi. I thought I had booked the room for 3 people... they said I didn't, which is possible, so I paid extra for my son to stay there. They took the money, but didn't give us a third towel. Overall, it was disappointing.

Otelin bulunduğu yer ve alanı çok geniş rahat çam ağaçları içinde.imkanları güzel tüm kullanılan alanlar geniş ve rahat sıra bekleme gibi bir durum yok. Sadece bazı eşyalarda kalitesini arttırması gerekiyor.mesela balkonda plastik sandalye vardı ve bir tanesi kırıktı, lobide oturma alanları eskiydi. Detay gibi durabilir ama önemli ayrıntılar.

havaalanına yakın olduğu için tercih etmiştim. Daha sakin olur diye düşündüm ama sendika oteli olduğunu otele girince öğrendim. Otel fiyatı yerine ve kalitesine göre çok fazlaydı ikinci kere aynı otele gitmem tavsiyede etmem.
