"Unable to get into front door of condo. Could not reach anyone with Restivo or Expedia. Rundown condition of overall property. Finally found a guard that knew a special way to work the ill functioning lock on the front door to let us in. I was never able to personally open it. It required a lot of strength and manuvering. Instructions to enter building were woefully inadequate. Only because we met another couple who were staying there were we instructed on how to enter and exit the building. ...

"Beautiful property; we enjoyed the quiet. Providing bottled water in the rooms is a nice touch. May we suggest leaving drinking glasses, face cloths and a box of tissue in the rooms? Also, an area where we can get coffee in the morning. We are early risers and an 8 a.m. opening at the restaurant is too late for us. There were items on the menu that we wanted to order but were not available (lemonade, chicken wings). Thank you."
