Great value, charming, friendly hotel.

Good basic older but charming hotel and the add on breakfast is well worth it. You couldn’t ask for a better location for experiencing Aix-Les-Bain. Friendly and very helpful desk clerk who speaks English.

Well positioned

The hotel is well positioned just beside the park and a short walk to everything in the centre. There seemed to be some renovation which had been started but wasn’t complete but my room was very spacious with a nice view of the park. The breakfast was good value.

Nous avons eu de l'eau tiède pour nous doucher le soir. Il faisait froid dans la chambre donc nous avons sorti une couette supplémentaire de l'armoire et elle était toute tachée. Au petit déjeuner il y a avait seulement du fromage en proposition salé, pas de charcuterie et pas d'oeufs.

Je suis ravie d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour mon séjour à Aix Les Bains. Je le recommande vivement tant en termes d'accueil que de convivialité. Les propriétaires sont charmants, à votre écoute. La cuisine est excellente avec des produits de très bonne qualité, les petits déjeuners copieux. L'hôtel est propre et a ce charme particulier des demeures du siècle dernier sans rien perdre en confort. Un hôtel où il fait bon poser ses valises.

Excellent rapport qualité /prix en centre-ville

Excellent rapport qualité /prix pour cet hôtel situé au centre d’Aix les bains. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie excellente et la salle de bain, entièrement rénovée, est très fonctionnelle. Le personnel est adorable et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité.

Séjour de 4 jours en solo particulièrement agréable. Hôtel charmant, peut-être un peu défraichi mais très propre. Emplacement proche gare, lac, commerces, marché. Clients adorables. Petit déjeuner à volonté varié. Petite terrasse à disposition peut-être pas suffisamment mise en valeur à mon goût. Je reviendrai... Merci pour votre accueil et votre sourire.

Accueil très moyen la femme a essayé de me faire payer 10€de plus mais j'avais. le prix sur ma reservation , chambre très petite insonorisation nulle on entend les pas ,les voix, les portes ,,la clef dans la serrure des voisins ,le problème ne vient pas d'eux mais du fait que !'hotel est très vieux .A mon départ l'homme m'a demandé comment s'était passé mon séjour il n'a pas apprécié du tout que je lui dise que c'était bruyant et que je n'avais pas bien dormi ,alors fallait pas demander!!! Je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel.
