"I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The pool was cool and refreshing AND open. The hotel itself was in a very decent place with Walmart being right next door and a very nice Indoor/outdoor mall only about 3mins away. I was even i.ptessed by the TV! The fact that it had streaming platforms already installed and i was able to use my own personal account without having to bring a firestick or apple t.v was great. My only complaint is, some of our towels had stains on them and it grossed me out. I didnt say anything I just asked for extra. And also I asked for a crib and was offered a Pack & Play which was truly DISGUSTING. There were stains of every kind on it and inside of it and it smelled...old or something. I told the front desk attendant and she was very polite about it and said she would take care of it. The last thing is there wasn't a laundry room. Thats not super important but it would've helped a little. Overall the stay was Great though"
