Cabin is fully stocked with what ever you need, very comfortable with wild life right out side your front door. Very peace full environment. Simon the host very friendly and nothing is too much when asked a question. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Loved the cabin, it was clean, quiet, and had everything you needed. From mozzie coils to complimentary goodies in the fridge. I was impressed, a beautiful quiet, relaxing weekend, would recommend 👌 100%

For anyone who loves nature this is the place to be. You can hear all the wildlife morning and night they even welcome themselves into the cabin to say hi. The place is up to date clean and tidy with all the amenities you would need. It is really dark to drive there at night as no lighting but to be expected when staying in the place you are. Local to everything you neee within 10 min drive max.

Hidden Gem

Absolutely beautiful spot , very peaceful. I have travelled to Airlie many times for work and stayed in the main town . Glad I got to experience this side of town ! Look forward to returning with my wife for a visit next time.

Quiet and comfortable

Great place close to Airlee Beach that is quiet and secluded. Loved the outdoor porch and firepit. The room is small but perfect for two. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed very comfortable. Very clean and modern.

Pleasant Suprise

My sister and I booked a stay at what we thought was going to be a hotel, turns out it was a cabin. When we arrived and we found the cabin we were pleased with the inside. It had a queen size bed, kitchenette, flat screen tv, air con, complementary water, a nice bathroom with nice pantene shampoo and conditioner and organic body wash, my favorite part was that the tv was a smart tv and came with all access to live tv, netflix, and YouTube. The cabins also had good wifi, 5gb a day. Lastly, the facility keeps good care of the grounds and wildlife surrounding it, therefore, you get to see some beautiful Australian wildlife while you sit on the cozy deck. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Queenslander home. Typical box in the middle with a stunning wrap around verandah. Nothing has been left undone here, making this a very comfortable stay. The property is extremely tranquil with a connectedness to nature. We fell asleep each night with the doors open listening to the the calmness of the trees and woke up slowly with the soft sparkle of the sun and gentle breeze. We will be back for sure!!

The cabin is well designed and comfortable. The property is away from the touristy part of Airlie Beach and in a lovely bush setting. The birds and other wild life are entertaining

The Kookaburra apartment (not cabin) is actually under the house of the owner and their family. I was expecting privacy. When we arrived we heard people moving around upstairs. We assumed they would be leaving but they didn’t. We heard them washing dishes, talking, showering and walking around on the floorboards. Very awkward. Very disappointed. So if your looking for a relaxing, quiet, private getaway... don’t choose the Kookaburra cabin/apartment.

Property looked nothing like what was advertised on the internet. No communication from owner of how to get the key or letting us know they are currently in middle of a clean up. We booked the Kookaburra cabin but when we arrived, it was a first floor of a Queenslander. There was also no green grass. Could put love and work into this place.

Airlie Beach Eco Cabins were amazing! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. One of our highlights was wildlife in the area, particularly once the sun sets. Just make sure you take the advice of the hosts and use insect repellent when outdoors - we both suffered the wrath of the Midge! For anyone who hasn’t heard of these - which was us prior to this trip - they are an almost invisible insect similar to a mosquito. We had a hire car which made the small commute into Airlie nice and easy. Make sure you check out Northelies Beach Bar & Grill for a lovely meal on the water, or a cheeky drink if preferred. Would happily stay here again!
