"I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team."

"Very hospitable property and staff. The property was gorgeous. Be prepared to be offered all kinds of help. It does come with a heftier price. Almost anything you are offered by the Riad manager will cost you two to three times more than if you use Viator or any online booking service for the exact same experience. "We got a very warm welcome from the manager and team of the Riad Jnane. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the room was very comfortable and luxurious. It is a little walk from the center of the Medina (+/- 10 min), something we enjoyed because it was always peaceful and we felt safe. Access to cabs are easy as well due to its proximity to the streets nearby, which was a 2 min walk."
