J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté de la chambre et des espaces communs. Les photos publiées correspondent bien à la réalité, ce qui donne confiance dès l’arrivée. L’équipe est chaleureuse, respectueuse et toujours prête à aider avec le sourire. Le séjour s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions du début à la fin. Je garderai une excellente impression de cet hôtel et je le recommande volontiers."

"Really nice hotel in a superb location just by the Nile. Busy location so it can be a bit noisy on weekend nights but didn’t impact me at all. Found good restaurants and bars close to the hotel, we ate very good breakfast and dinner at the Geidea, Pottery Bar for food, tea and shisha, everything. For an experience like a local try outdoors Poshenki bar. The Maxim Nile Cruise is not far and even went kayaking as it was only a 2 minute walk from us. There’s a Metro supermarket just opposite, inside the little mall. Ubers to downtown take 15/20 minutes and cost like £2. I am so glad we stayed in Zamalek because it’s less polluted, has the beautiful river and is more modern. The Nile view rooms have got an amazing view. Hotel staff was very accommodating, honest and friendly. It has a pretty restaurant, we only got room service but food was very good and staff very helpful."

"The hotel, hotel room, and amenities are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the couples massage that I had scheduled before our arrival. However, I had also reached out a month or two months in advance and asked them to decorate the room for our five-year anniversary, but they didn’t. Before spending a few nights in Cairo we stayed at the Hilton Resort and Spa in Luxor, and they set the bar high with swans made out of towels, hearts on the bed, and even gave us a heart-shaped cake for free. At Sofitel, we didn’t get anything and that was disappointing."

"A perfect location and nice, clean, comfortable room. Nothing I would improve or change about the room. The cleaning staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. The front desk was able to assist when needed. A great hotel with a nice gym and view and cafes all around. My only gripe would be the construction on the hotel during my stay. There was banging during biz hours which I was only notified of upon my arrival and there was often dust and tarps around the entrance during the day. It was annoying more than anything serious as I had to hold my breath to walk in / out on occasion, or watch above my head as men were working right above the entrance. Overall, you should stay here!"

"I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House Hotel was a good value for the location, convenient and super safe."
