"When I checked-in room was not at all clean along with the bathroom. I could see the bad bugs on the bed. The towels were stinking and very dirty. While using the bathroom drainage was also not proper. However, they have upgraded the room after raising a concern but then there was only one light and the socket was working rest was not working. I called reception no one turned up. Due to these reasons I reduced my stay from 2 days to 1 day. Expedia helped me to refund the amount for 1 day. One...

"Nice hotel. Smallish room. Only issue was I booked online for a twin and they gave us a double. So we had to get a single mattress to put on the floor. Since the room was not very big it became cramped. They should not offer twin as an option if they can't guarantee it."

"Nice hotel but a lack of English means that ordering food became a big issue. We had to send back food multiple times as it wasn't what we ordered. The rooms are very nice though and the pool is good."

"This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms. The hotel is badly located in a high polluted industrial area. Jacuzzi as broken on the roof our entire stay. Air quality is horrible around the hotel. We had trouble breathing just standing a few minutes on the roof to observe the view. "

"The rooms were good, and the hotel location is awesome. All the attractions of Udaipur city can be reached very easily via autos and the bus stand and railway station are also very nearby.
