Una disculpa ahora por este medio, como se le contacto personalmente, el hotel tuvo una averia por lo que se tuvo que cerrar, le ofrecimos la tarifa preferencial en el hotel cercano, y se cancelo el cargo con expedia, por los inconvenientes ocasionados Gerencia le ha otorgado una noche en cortesia, estaremos atentos de poderle recibir en proximas fechas. Hello, we are so sorry for your inconvinience, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have implemented safety measures such as internal curfew and keeping the Hotel closed from 11pm to 10 am depending on our occupancy to keep peolpe who are not guests from comming in.
