Very clean and safe. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. My wife and I visited Águas Claras fir a family reunion and staying at S4 was a perfect match and experience.

Great cost benefit
Excelent cost benefit. Location very good, with supermarket, pharmacy and everything you need in walking distance. Worth the bucks.

Amazing hotel in Águas Claras
Check in was amazing, and honestly they were friendlier and nicer than check in staff at 5 star resorts I have stayed at. The location is safe and the pool was great!

The towels/linens don't appear to be professionally laundered. They have a fungal/bacteria odor trying to be masked by excessive softener/fragrance. The "double" bed is actually two single mattresses put together. So, there is a gap down the middle that widens during the night.

Worth it if you are Staying in Aguas Claras
New property. Staff is ok. No going above and beyond, but no complaints. Crowd can be a little rough. I saw a 1/2 naked couple partying outside the elevator door. At check-in, broken beer bottle inside the elevator. The rooms are very, very small. Tiny bathroom as well. Overall, it is worth if you don't have to commute to downtown Brasilia, which can be painful with traffic. Definitely better than staying in the awful Taguatinga.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, café da manhã de boa qualidade e completo. Deixa a desejar no quesito "roupa de cama" pois o lençol é menor que o colchão e sai durante a noite, ficando com a cara direto no colchão. A torneira da pia também sai água a conta-gotas, já o chuveiro é uma ótima ducha. Creio que melhorando esses itens básicos a nota vai para 10.
