"It is a beautiful property. In general staff was friendly, amazing at the reception. I have to say that the staff at the buffet, specifically the managers are not the nicest. They are like police officers⊠We had a breakfast only bracelet, and the only night we decided to try their buffet for supper, we asked if we could go check the food before making a decision. They agreed, but we were âinterceptedâ twice while looking, and asked if we had a ticket. I understand that there can be people who abuse, but in such a nice hotel, it doesnât seem to match the ambiance⊠We decided to book an excursion with the hotel to Bonifacio, Corsica. It was a nice one, but I have to say that the âlunchâ part of the excursion was a total waste of precious time to visit, and I say this because the food at the restaurant was not good! I would prefer eating a sandwich and having more time to visit. Our guide Sara was delightful! We loved our stay!"

"The property was beautiful but the service was severely lacking. I would personally not define this hotel as a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Upon arrival there were no welcome drinks or any sort of welcome. We arrived early (which we had let the hotel know in advance due to this being the only flight into the island that day) and they were not able to accommodate an early check in which is completely understandable but instead we had to follow up with them 30 mins after the time of our check in to find out the room had been available and they did not notify us as they said they would so we had just been sitting around waiting. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning was bare minimum, one night they forgot to do our beds and just turned on the night lights. We had an insane amount of ANTS in our room and when we told the front desk about the issue they responded with âitâs natureâ. They ended up sending a guy to spray down the room from insects and when we came back to our room there was a pile of dead ants that they didnât clean up. We also had to remind them 3/5 days to refill our room water. There is no service at the pool and the bar by the pool took extremely long to make your drinks. Overall all the guests we spoke to seem to have had mutual feels about the hotel and the service. Truly not worth the premium price."

"The property is very charming with a unique and elegant decor. What Most impressĂ”es me was grĂŒndliches and quality of Service. A Great Place for a romantic stay. Food is excelent and they have a Michelin Star Restaurant called Fuoco Sacro that is worth the visit. I stayed for two Nights with my son in one of the larger rooms with a Pool. The room was so spacious and nice that it was worth the value. Not to say the vew to The Valley and the Location which is very close to San Pantaleo and a Short Ride to Porto Cervo."
