"The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets.
