Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! "Rua Augusta exceeded our expectations. We were in the England suite. Was the perfect size. Modern. Very, very clean and well laid out. Finishes were high end. Washer/Dryer combo was very convenient and the location was perfect. Will definitely book here again."

"Stayed one night here to be close to the port for an early morning ferry. Easy to find restaurants in walking distance. Room was very clean and enjoyed the amenities and snacks. Only downfall is air conditioners will not stay on unless the room key is inserted in room control panel. So when you leave for dinner and come back the room takes awhile to cool down again."

"We stayed one night before catching an early (6am) flight. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Central so easy to access the old town of Heraklion, and to find restaurants in easy walking distance. The ride to the airport was only about 11 or 12 minutes. It is central, and so there was street noise for much of the night so if you want quiet choose somewhere else."

"A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean.
