"A brilliant construction and location in the stunning gorge location. Lovely room and large patio to enjoy breakfast alongside the roaring river. Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors. The owner and waitress were charming and informative, but we were both startled and disappointed at the continuing grumbles from the receptionist, especially when asked about messages that my daughter had sent there."

Rooms are not very big, but always very clean. "What a delightful small hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is beautiful, and the hotel itself is a rather luxurious boutique property with a Michelin-starred restaurant on-site. It’s perfect for hikers and for those seeking peace and relaxation. Just keep in mind — this isn’t a beach resort: no palm trees, no sandy shores, and probably not the best spot if you're hoping to tan all day."
