Everything you need in a perfect location

Firstly the location is excellent. A real prime spot. 1 minute walk to a free car park, 5-10 mins to the marina and directly on the street with all the action. The staff are all friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We were pleased to have a mini-fridge and effective air conditioning!

Séjour au top. Très bien situé à 5 mn de la plage à pied et sur un axe principal. Facile a trouver. Parking gratuit à 50m. La chambre donnait sur la rue mais suffisamment insonorisée pour ne pas etre derangé. Accueil tres sympathique. Nous y reviendrions sans probleme.

En colère !

Expérience très négative ! Tapage nocturne jusqu'à 4h du matin, une soirée très bruyante sous les chambres, impossible de dormir. Installations pitoyables : pas d'ascenseur, pas d'eau chaude, lit qui grince très fort, bruits dans les murs, peu de connexion chaînes TV, fortes odeurs de cuisine juste en dessous de la fenêtre. Nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi de la nuit.

Parcheggio del hotel praticamente sul marciapiede in divieto di sosta. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Finestre non apribili per entrata vapori di cucina. Ci hanno cambiato stanza dopo diverse proteste ma anche la seconda camera aveva l’impianto del clima guasto.

hôtel non recommandé.

Réservation OK mais le montant à été encaissé bien avant notre arrivée, sans nous prévenir. Le caissier a déclaré que l'encaissement a été fait automatiquement sur demande d'Hotels.com, d'autres conseillers nous ont précisé que l'encaissement anticipé a certainement été déclenché sur demande de l'hôtel, alors, qu'en est-il? Autre problème important : pas d'eau le matin pour la douche dans les 3 chambres réservées et pas d'excuses de l'hôtel ni de réduction du tarif. Les clients sont pris pour des vaches à lait !! Problème supplémentaire : publicité mensongère, l'hôtel est présenté "front de mer", alors qu'il faut faire un parcours du combattant pour atteindre une plage à côté d'une lagune ! Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel.

Bon hôtel mais matelas trop mou

La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes. La douche encore plus, et elle est équipée d'une douche de pluie, très appréciable. La chambre est meublée de façon moderne. Il y a un plateau de courtoisie et une télévision. Le seul bémol est le matelas qui est bien trop mou pour nous. L'insonorisation n'est pas excellente car nous avons entendu nos voisins tousser sans arrêt ce matin. On note que l'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant où nous avons bien mangé.

Adieu! se faire jeter pour le 1 jour des vacances

Qu’il y a de la musique ok (faut travailler) Qu’on s’endorme à 3 h du matin parce qu’il y a la musique (si ils ont bien travailler ok) Mais ce faire jeter comme des merdes par la femme de ménage parce qu’on s’est pas lever à La demi heure près non!! Excusez nous madame on s’est endormi tard ... « C’est pas mon problème «  Ok alors adieu hôtel 3 terrasses ! Rdv à jamais ! Moi qui cherchais pour mon équipe un hôtel pour fin de séjour ce ne sera jamais ici !!! Juillet et Août passé dans les hôtels et jamais une femme de ménage nous as parlé comme ça!!

Séjour à Solenzara

1er halte de notre séjour à Solenzara où nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel ... Un personnel sympathique souriant et à dispo en cas de besoin ... Je recommande les yeux fermés :)
