"The biggest attribute at this hotel is not the beautiful building, the amazing food or the calming atmosphere- it’s the combined staff. Literally everyone ( well, perhaps not the spa) meets you with a smile and you’re left in no doubt that you’re welcome and valued. Big shout out to Rida ( but equally want to recognise the other bar and restaurant staff and the endlessly cheerful pool guy and super helpful reception staff. I know why we returned here twice in 3 months - and despite the poor weather on this recent trip - we’ll be back."

The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell. Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son. The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional. Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities. "
