The staff is very friendly, the facilities are new and everything is clean. We also enjoyed the pool area. The Spa and the Haman are very nice but the Hamam was cold and they make noise when they are giving you a massage. They need to pay more attention or training. The food is not bad, it has variety but the flavor needs to improve. In general we rested well and we liked it.

Great hotel for a long weekend with the family

We stayed for three nights at the end of December as a family with our 10-month-old baby. The hotel lived up to our expectations: good food, a nice SPA with thermal pools, and great service. The baby enjoyed the 40 cm kids' pool. Turkish cuisine is mostly served, and there are many activities aimed at children, from balloons and face paint to cotton candy at dinner and a mini disco. Some things to keep in mind: The outdoor pool's temperature varied from 38 to 42 degrees depending on the day. 38 was too cold for my husband, and 42 was too hot for me. I'd go again to get some rest and enjoy thermal pools in winter

The Hotel is very beautiful and gives you a feeling of tranquility. The pool area is very nice, I loved the hot springs area. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and varied. There is a need to improve in the Spa. I used it 2 times and the 2nd time it was in the Hamam the girl cut the skin on my arm from brushing too much and too hard. I had the pain for several days. and while they were giving me the treatment outside they made a lot of noise, even laughing. They definitely need to improve in the Spa area.

Our stay at Wyndham Afyonkarahisar was a disappointment. When we first arrived to the hotel we liked the lobby area and the greeting staffs attitude, they were nice and were eager to help out. The rooms are newly renovated so its nice but how ever our toilet was terrible, there were stains and a big brown spot at the outside of the toilet. After we have called the lobby so they could fix it the cleaning ladies came up and cleaned some of it 🙄 i cant understand how they after complains like this didnt fix it good?! The spa section of the hotel is okey but need maintence it looks old and because of that doesnt feel so fresh. One of the main reasons for why choosed this hotel was the two water slides and we called and asked about them before we did the reservation but on arrival they told us that they were doing some maintenance and that they were being closed, so my 9 year old son was very disappointed about this. The food is by far the biggest issue, I dont know if its because of the budget they are giving the head chef or if the team in the kitchen is bad, but how ever is Wyndham is supposed to have an all inclusive conecpt this is crazy bad amd veeeeerrrrryyyyyy low quality. The staff members are all nice and try their best but they are understaffed specially in the restaurant. At dinner time there is one guy in the bar and you can see that its because they want to raise the waiting time so people wont drink a lot 😂 . I DONT USE ALCOHOL but its disturbing to have to wait s

Gerek ana Ă¶ÄŸĂŒnler gerekse de atÄ±ĆŸtırmalıklar çeƟit ve tatlarıyla beklentimizi fazlasıyla karĆŸÄ±ladı. AkƟam yemeğinde otelin kalabalık olduğunu gözlemlesek de termal olanaklarını çok rahat ve az sayıda insanla kullandık; alternatiflerin bol olması bu anlamda çok iƟe yarıyor. Temizliğinden yana da hiçbir sıkıntı yaƟamadık oda da ortak alanlar da çok temizdi. Bir daha Afyon’a gelirsek yine burada kalırız, 10/10.

Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis ist gut. Die Speisen sind sehr gut zubereitet. Die Spa Einrichtungen sind renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Der Hamam im Damenbereich war defekt, ebenso einige Duschen. Das Dampfbad war ein bisschen mufflig. Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht , aber man hat uns schnell ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Schwimmbad und Thermalpools waren in Ordnung.

Oda gayet konforluydu. GiriƟ esnasında resepsiyon bir sĂŒre beklettiği için odamızı standart odadan jakuzili odaya çevirdiler, bu jestleri dolayısıyla da gayet memnun kaldık.
